Governance & Accountability

Roshni Rah Foundation is led by an independent Board of Directors whose members serve on a voluntary basis without receiving salaries or financial compensation. Where applicable, only reasonable and necessary expenses directly related to foundation activities may be reimbursed in accordance with Dutch regulations. This governance structure helps ensure that the Foundation's resources are managed responsibly, transparently, and in support of its charitable mission.
